Description
New projects are configured such that their wiki refers to example.org. The new trac.ini file has this as "url", as "link", and "descr" is set to "My example project". We should routinely change these to make sense for the server or the project.

The script /root/util/newproject.pl, which streamlines the creation of a new project - will now edit the new trac.ini file to use our URL instead of the invalid default URL. The script also reminds the operator to edit the file to change the short description.

For now, I have changed all current projects' trac.ini file by hand to use the list of projects on this server as link and url, and have put in more correct project descriptions. Somehow this has to become part of the procedure of creating a project, or the project developer have to be able to edit the file itself. Leaving this assigned.
