Description
At least the main developer in each project needs to be able to configure at least the tracker. Not all software consists of "component1" and "component2". Haha. Some projects have three components, others might want to name their components in Gaelic.

I've installed the WebAdmin plugin and enabled it in all current projects. Developers have TRAC_ADMIN permission and therefore will see the Admin button in the wiki to enter the web interface to trac-admin.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
We will have to try the web admin plugin. It gives developers a button to go into a web interface equivalent to much of the trac-admin utility.
